Job Responsibility :

Monthly (The BHive, BVe3) Chemical inventory, Waste inventory, Water consumption according to production balance inventory,Nirapon document & photo upload, Risk assessment, etc.
ETP water test DO,PH,TDS,TSS,MLSS, BOD, COD, Color, and sludge management, all machine maintenance check and ETP costanalysis.
Responsible and ensure to implementation of all procedure, work instruction for Environment & Chemical.
To ensure and implement proper chemical management system (CMS) as per ZDHC & Brand standard, Environmental ManagementSystem (EMS) according to ISO 14001 & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
To ensure and implement the environmental strategy on Energy, GHGs, Water, Wastage and Stack air emission.
To ensure solar energy monitoring and record keeping.
To ensure water harvesting and water consumption record keeping.
To ensure and implement Chemical Management System (Purchase procedure, SDS, TDS,Labeling, Declaration letter, Chemicaltesting, Root cause analysis for chemical detection, Phaseout plan, Chemical inventory, Chemical/Empty drum dispose procedureetc.)
To ensure and implement Waste Management.
HIGG, Facility Environmental Module (FEM) and Facility Data Module (FDM).
Conducting training, meeting, and emergency drill.
Environment Clearance Certificate (ECC) Application and confirm ECC renewal process and CPP Apply renewal process.
Wastewater, air, noise test from Department of Environment (DoE) and third-Party environmental parameter test, ZDHC Wastewatertest etc.
E-mail communication with buyer and auditor. Buyer like Next, JCP, Walmart, C&A, Esprit, Tesco, Zara, Camaieu, and GAP etc.
